Toolkit for Kids

I worry. Alot. Probably more than the average person. I worry about everything with my kids, and I know its not healthy, and that I should just let some things go, but I can’t. Its who I am.

And I am afraid that I am passing this trait onto my daughters. Ashley, my oldest, seems to have this the most. She worries where her stuff is, she worries she is missing out, she worries about school.

And her and I had a new worry as we heading into camp season here in North Carolina. Ashley attends a year round school, and it out the whole month of June. She is in a different camp every week (YMCA, Girl Scouts, Vacation Bible School…).

So when I was asked to review the Tool Kits for Kids - Elementary Edition to Outsmart Your Worry, I thought it was PERFECT.

Each kit comes with 20 colorful cards contained in a portable case. Ashley really thought it was a game. Each card had a skill to beat out worry.

We took it on vacation with us last week, after the stress of her last day of kindergarten and between the start of camps. We took a couple of evenings when it was quiet and went over these.
And camp today? Dropoff was a success, and my husband just picked up Ashley and she had a blast. No worries here…
